So I was kissing her outside of the library and maybe there was a crossbow involved. Sometimes these things just happen. We were on a Hellmouth, and she was lovely.

I remember no such incident! …Outside of the library is hardly in the stacks… If it had happened, I’m sure whomever it was deserved it… I really must stop digging myself into holes like this.
